Also- consult and get a demo with Gretchen Gerhauser who will be beginning a series of Posture Healing classes at the clinic. If you suffer from pain or injury, her individualized blend of tai chi, yoga, and chi kung can offer great benefit- learn how to use your body properly to avoid injury and heal!
