Our inner caffeine-addicts are kind of excited about this: The gist of the cafe at 258 East Girard Avenue is apparently that it will be a hangout for the local Albanian community, replacing another cafe that existed until fairly recently on Girard Avenue. And that, in turn, apparently means that they'll be serving high-octane Turkish coffee, and lots of it. Owner Nevin Abedinaj now hopes for a 32-seat space to be open within 30 days of his Aug. 31 zoning hearing. GMAP
